Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to mainland destinations within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.
At this time, we do not ship to non-EU customs territories, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to mainland destinations within the European Union, Norway, and Switzerland.
Shipping fees apply to certain remote regions, including the Portuguese islands (Azores and Madeira). The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What condition must the product be in?
Items must be complete, with all parts and packaging included. Don’t worry if you opened the bulb’s box — that’s expected and will not affect your refund. If the lamp itself shows signs of use, is damaged, or parts are missing, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is always paid by the customer, except for approved warranty claims. We recommend using a tracked service for safe delivery.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at claims@bulbyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the instructions to prepare your package.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
- If the packaging is visibly damaged at delivery, report it immediately to the shipping provider.
- If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, contact us at claims@bulbyco.com with your order number, description, and photos.
- If your product develops a defect within 2 years, email us with details and photos.
What is covered under warranty?
Our lamps are covered by a 2-year legal warranty. If your claim is approved, we’ll repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund your item at no cost to you. We cover shipping for approved warranty cases.
What is not covered under warranty?
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abnormal use, wear and tear, or improper handling.
